1. Where are Colibri Riders garments made?
Each design is conceived and drawn in France with high standards and passion.
Manufacturing is done on demand, in collaboration with specialized partner workshops, mainly located in Europe.
This rational production model allows us to avoid overproduction and offer exclusive, never-stocked pieces.
2. What are the delivery times?
Each order triggers a unique manufacturing process.

Manufacturing & preparation: In normal periods, allow 2 to 5 business days.

Peak periods: During collection launches, collaborations, or holidays, this period may be extended. To maintain the quality of finishes, the total delay may exceptionally extend up to 30 days.

Delivery: Once shipped, delivery generally takes 5 to 9 business days in France and Europe.
Overall, your item will reach you within 7 to 14 business days, excluding exceptional periods.
3. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your item leaves the workshop, you will receive a confirmation email containing a personalized tracking number. You can then follow your package's journey in real-time to your address.
4. Why does my order arrive in multiple packages?
To ensure the fastest possible service, some items (textiles, accessories, or limited editions) may be shipped from different workshops depending on their specificity. Don't be surprised if your items arrive a few days apart.
5. What is your return and exchange policy?
Style is a strength, and your satisfaction is our priority:

Standard catalog items: a size exchange may be offered within 14 days of receipt, subject to availability. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalized items, collaborations, and limited editions: in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, these items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Defective product: In case of a proven defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by a photo. A replacement will be made at our expense.
6. How do I choose the ideal size?
Our clothes follow European standards. However, for an optimal fit, we invite you to consult the Size Guide present on each product page. A variation of +/- 2 cm is tolerated by textile industry practices and does not constitute a defect of conformity.
7. How do I care for my clothes to make them last?
To preserve the vibrancy of the prints and the quality of premium materials:

Wash inside out (maximum 30°C).

Do not tumble dry.

Iron inside out only.
8. What if my package appears stuck or lost?
If your package tracking does not update after 10 business days, please contact us at

Our team will open an investigation with the carrier and propose a suitable solution.
