Return and Exchange Policy – Colibri Riders
At Colibri Riders, each item is made to order, as part of a responsible production approach aimed at limiting textile overproduction.
Because each item is unique, we invite you to carefully consult our Size Guide before confirming any order.
However, we know that a size error can occur. Here are the applicable conditions.
1. General Principle
As Colibri Riders items are made to order, refunds are not offered.
As a commercial gesture, a size exchange may be considered for certain items, under the conditions defined below.
2. Mandatory Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned:

in its original condition,
-
new, unworn, and unwashed,
-
without any odor (perfume, tobacco, etc.),
-
with all its labels and in its original packaging,
-
accompanied by the return form, sent by our customer service.
Any item not complying with these conditions may be refused.
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code and our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

Personalized products: addition of text, name, logo, or specific design made at the customer's request;

Limited editions and collaborations;
-
Hygiene items, such as underwear, when the packaging has been opened.
These conditions are clearly indicated on the product pages before order confirmation.
4. Exchange Period and Procedure
Period
The exchange request must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the order.
Procedure
- Contact customer service at: contact@colibri-riders.com (specifying your order number and desired size).
- Request validation: our team checks the availability of the requested size.
- Return of the item:
- return shipping costs are at the customer's expense,
- tracked shipping is highly recommended.
Colibri Riders cannot be held responsible in case of loss of the returned parcel.
4. Manufacturing and shipping: if the size is available, the new item is manufactured and shipped.
The exchange is strictly subject to the availability of the requested size. In case of unavailability, no refund can be claimed.
5. Defective Product or Preparation Error
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or in case of an error attributable to Colibri Riders (wrong item or wrong size sent):

contact us within 7 days of receipt,

attach a clear photo of the defect found.
After verification, a replacement will be made at our expense.
In certain cases, the return of the defective item will not be required.

Our team is here to assist you and help you make the right choice the first time, while limiting the carbon impact related to return transportation.
